If you need help getting started, we are here for you

If you like what you see in the 'I Used To Hate Running' Plan but want one-on-one guidance, we are here for you.  We will provide you with an initial questionnaire - and if you request, a short phone call - which will help us to design a plan specifically for you.  After you complete the questionnaire, we will set up your customized plan, monitor your progress on a weekly basis and provide you with a weekly follow up.  The fee is $15 for your first month and $10 for subsequent months.  Most of our clients become self sufficient after one or two months.  We do not automatically charge you for subsequent months.  To buy subsequent months of service, select the Buy It Now button for an additional month of personalized service.  If you don't want personalized service, but have benefited from our help, donations of any size are appreciated.

"Three years ago, I did not run.  I hated running.  I couldn't even run a half mile.  When they told me I could run a half marathon if I wanted to, I laughed.  I followed the system to get past my initial dislike of running, and I just completed a half marathon.  A marathon is not out of the question."
